this will be an adventure! the key is in a coded lock box hanging on the front gate of the neighbor. go through both gates, closing them behind you because of the goats and cows! bear to the left following the fence to another gate (unlocked) once you enter that gate you are on the land listed. the reason for all these instructions is because the neighbor fenced the deeded right of way to get to the listed property. He will be moving the fence to his property line, but until then, he has given the key and permission to access his property to get to the listed property.
