I love this location and neighborhood because of it's private setting in an oceanfront location. The house is walking distance to food, bars, entertainment, waterfront dining and is convenient to shopping. The house is on a dead end street and is very quiet.
You can swim on location with direct beach and water access. Plus you can enjoy long beach walks for 2 - 3 miles to the west It is also close the the World renowned Ann Wigmore Institute, multiple surfing and destination beaches and only 45 minutes to Gozalandia Falls in San Sebastian Puerto Rico.
